How to prepare a marker pen RFQ for faster quotation

A clear RFQ helps Yorson confirm the right marker model and reply with fewer back-and-forth questions. Based on the public 1688 storefront data reviewed on May 13, 2026, Yorson shows 32 marker and stationery offers across whiteboard markers, LED board markers, acrylic paint markers, metallic pens, permanent markers, UV invisible ink pens, highlighters and novelty floating drawing markers.

Start the RFQ with product type, expected quantity, destination country, target channel and required colors. The public 1688 list shows different MOQ patterns: some whiteboard and LED board products start from hundreds of pieces, while many acrylic marker and cross-border retail set products start from higher quantities. Final MOQ, price and lead time should still be confirmed by email quotation.

Add packaging information before asking for price. Useful details include bulk pack, OPP bag, retail box, private-label packaging, barcode, carton marks and whether logo printing is required. Two fully available 1688 detail pages show logo printing support and packing references such as 100 pcs per bag / 5000 pcs per carton and 50 pcs per OPP bag / 3000 pcs per carton.

If the order includes custom printing or retail packaging, attach logo artwork, reference images, target market language and sample expectations. This makes the quotation easier to trace and helps Yorson judge whether stock wholesale, mixed product supply or custom processing is the better route.
