Marker pen QC checklist for importers
A practical quality control checklist for marker pen imports, covering appearance, writing performance, ink, caps, packaging and carton marks.

Marker pen QC should match the product type. Whiteboard markers need erasing checks, LED board markers need brightness and wiping checks, acrylic markers need coverage checks, and permanent or waterproof markers need surface adhesion and drying checks.
For appearance inspection, check barrel color, printed logo, label position, cap fit, tip condition and visible leakage. For writing inspection, test ink flow, line width, color consistency, drying behavior and whether the pen performs on the intended surface.
Packaging inspection should include inner packing count, retail box printing, barcode, warning text, carton mark, carton strength and whether the actual packing matches the quotation. Public 1688 detail references show that packing can differ by product model, so it should be confirmed line by line.
Buyers should define acceptable sample size, defect categories and photo requirements before shipment. For export orders, final specifications, MOQ, packaging, price and lead time should be confirmed in writing rather than inferred from domestic storefront data alone.
